We enable the members of out team to develop and constantly improve their professional skills by supporting their participation in courses and industry trainings among other: courses based on the programme accepted by FIATA, internal trainings organised by our experts and specialists or forwarding conferences. We also offer the opportunity to participate in English classes conducted in the company during working hours.

Facilities for parents

Thinking about parents working for our company, for a few years we have offered the programme ”Mom /Dad at Work”. Within this programme young parents can enjoy additional fully paid holidays, gift cards, swimming pool activities vouchers for babies. an extra convenience for mothers-to-be is the possibility of having medical appointments during working hours and assistance to arrange transport for it.

Comfort of a workplace

With an active involvemment of our employees we created ”chillout room", where everyone can relax and get away from the duties for a moment by playing PS3 or participating in dart or football tournaments. We also care about good relations in our team. We organise quarterly integration meetings within our departments and annual incentive trips for all employees of our company. We also organise some activities related to Women Day, Boy Day, Christmas Eve or Santa Claus Day.

Passion development

We are aware that "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". Motivated and a good team is the biggest driving force of the company. Therefore, we support our employees in developing their passion enabling them, among others, participation in the annual TSL branch regatta. To encourage employees to be physically active, we offer the opportunity to purchase sports packages. as a part of a social benefits’ package, we also offer funding for recreation and cultural and artistic events.


Recruitment begins with the recruitment publication. in the announcement, candidates will find a description of the requirements and responsibilities at the offered workplace. Completing the application documents follows detailed verification of the candidates’ competence in terms of the requirements contained in the announcement. Selected candidates will proceed to the second stage of the recruitment process.


Telephone invitation for an interview is the beginning of the second stage of the recruitment process. The meeting allows to verify and clarify the competence of the candidate submitted in the application documents. It is also an opportunity for the candidate to get to know the specifics of the position and ask any questions - we will try to respond to all. The meeting takes approx. 30 min. Candidates who successfully complete this stage of the recruitment will be invited for a second interview.


The second interview is a meeting that allows to add information about a candidate. in the case of specialist and managerial positions, the candidate may be asked to perform practical tasks, proving his skills. for some recruitments, candidate may be invited to an additional meeting.


Regardless of the decision, candidates receive feedback after completion of the recruitment process.
