We are a dynamically developing logistics operator. We have extensive international experience, implement innovative projects and take care of the highest standards in the industry.

We are a logistics company offering comprehensive solutions in supply chain management. We use all modes of transport, complementing them with customs and warehouse services. Since the beginning of our activity we have been associated with Gdynia. A city of sea and dreams, constituting the most important Polish city for the maritime economy. We focus on innovation, without forgetting the noble traditions of the place where we operate.

Training courses

We enable our team members to develop and improve their professional skills. We support participation in industry courses and training. In addition, we involve employees to participate in logistics conferences and learn foreign languages. Facilities for parents

With parents working in our company in mind, we have been successfully implementing the program “Mom/Dad at work” for several years. We provide additional paid leave, give gift cards and allow babies to participate in free activities at the pool. An additional convenience for expectant mothers, still during pregnancy, is full support in conducting medical consultations during working hours and assistance in organizing transportation for examinations.

How is the recruitment process at ATC Cargo?

After a positive verification of your documents, we will invite you to a meeting at our company headquarters. We provide feedback after the interview as soon as possible. After a positive consideration of the candidacy, we will invite you to contribute to #ATCCargoTeam. Please note that when applying for certain positions, we may invite you to participate in additional stages of recruitment. We will prepare additional tasks, ask for work samples or undertake another form of competency assessment.
